ADMISSIONS

  1. An entrance test of adequate standard will be conducted in the main subjects after informing them of the assessment criteria  in advance . Concerned teacher will correct the papers  and the result will subsequently be sent to the Principal/Vice Principal/ Admission-in-charge.
  2. Parents of the successful applicants will be asked to fill in the Admission Forms which will be approved/rejected by the Principal/V.Principal by affixing the stamp or signature.
  3. Application Forms and all the required documents will be scrutinized by the Reception Staff(Arabic Secretary). In case of  submission of insufficient documents, the last date for the submission will be mentioned in the Application form, failing which the admission will be cancelled.
  4. From the Reception, they will proceed to the Accounts Dept. where the accountant has to collect the registration fees and allot the GR No. to them(to be written on the form). The necessary fees in the form of cash/cheques (monthly/quarterly/termwise cheques for the whole academic year) towards the tuition and transport should be collected at the same time. All the details of the students namely,  the parent’s name, res. & off. tel.no., grade and the amount/mode of payment to be entered in the computer.
  5. Accountant will send the form back to reception with GR No.  for the final entry of remaining data.
